Studer and Wiltermood Make Initial Court Appearances

(HANNIBAL)—Two men accused of second degree murder in the shooting death of a convenience store clerk make their first court appearances. 30 year old Michael Alan Studer and 22 year old Gary James Wiltermood made their appearances via video link from the Marion County Jail. A preliminary hearing for both men was set for September 28th. Both are represented by public defender Jennifer Richardson. Studer and Wiltermood are charged in the shooting death of Adrienne Arnett as she worked at the Abels Quik Shop on Shinn Lane early Tuesday morning.
