Black Pleads Not Guilty in Shooting Death of Stepson
A rural Bowling Green man has pleaded not guilty to charges in connection in the shooting death of his stepson.
61 year old Michael Allan Black entered the plea Monday in Pike County Circuit Court.
Black is charged with first-degree murder, second-degree murder and armed criminal action in the shooting death of 31 year old Alexander Koch last August 18th.
Black is alleged to have shot his stepson to death after a physical altercation between the two at a residence on Route Y in rural Bowling Green, where both men lived.
Black will be back in court June 25th for a status hearing.
He is free on bond.
