Two brothers are charged in a March 11 shooting that injured one person in Louisiana.

21-year-old Bradley Weatherby of Frankford and 18-year-old Aaron Weatherby of Vandalia are each accused of felony discharge of a firearm and tampering with evidence.

In a probable cause statement, a witness claims the suspects used “racial terms” when the first shot was fired. Others reported hearing 4 to 5 more shots later.

The incident happened the afternoon of March 11 in the 400 block of North 5th Street in Louisiana. Police said a juvenile who was riding in a car with 3 men was struck by a bullet in the left arm.

The suspects are being held in the Pike County Jail on $100,000 cash-only bond pending court dates.
