Quincy Shooting Under Investigation

A shooting in the 400 block of North 7th in Quincy is under investigation.
Quincy Police were called to that location at 6:14 Tuesday evening. A 21 year
old male was taken to Blessing Hospital for treatment. Police say information
available at this time indicates this was not a random shooting and those involved are
