Marion County Circuit Judge John Jackson found probable cause for a Philadelphia man to stand trial in the shooting death of a Hannibal man last October.

In a preliminary hearing Monday, 34-year-old Bradley Tierney was bound over to face charges of second degree murder and armed criminal action in the death of Ronald Goodrich.

Tierney is alleged to shot Goodrich to death in the parking lot of Prime Time Auto Sales on Broadway early on the morning of October 15.

Arraignment for Tierney has been set for December 21. He remains in the Marion County Jail on $1 million dollars cash only bond.
