Missouri Crops Continue to Thrive

Missouri crops are doing well, even with the hot weather. 

The latest USDA report shows corn at 83 percent good to excellent and soybeans well ahead of average.

Temperatures were more than five degrees above normal last week and rainfall totals decreased significantly. The heat contributed to a drop in topsoil moisture in many areas, and also affected pasture conditions.
