A former Hannibal bank vice president entered a not guilty plea to weapons charges Tuesday.

Michael Hagan appeared before Judge David Mobley in Marion County Circuit Court and pleaded not guilty to three felony weapons charges.

After entering the plea, Hagan’s attorney was granted a change of venue to Ralls County in the case. However, a motion to amend the conditions of Hagan’s bond was denied.

Hagan is alleged to have pointed a gun at an employee of a drinking establishment in downtown Hannibal.
