Brinkman Pleads Not Guilty to Child Molestation

A Hannibal man pleads not guilty to child molestation charges in Marion County Circuit Court Monday.

Brent Brinkman entered the plea via videoconference before Judge Rachel Bringer Shepherd.

Shepherd denied a defense request for a bond reduction and set a disposition hearing for April 17th.

Brinkman was arrested by Hannibal Police on February 24th for second degree child molestation.

Brinkman remains in the Marion County Jail on $50,000 cash only bond.
