Warsaw Man Arrested on Solicitation Charges

A joint investigation leads to the arrest of a Warsaw man Friday on solicitation charges.

The investigation by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services and the Hancock County Sheriff’s Department results in the arrest of 33 year old Dustin Armstrong on charges of indecent solicitation of a child.

Armstrong is alleged to have solicited photographs from a child under the age of 17.

Armstrong posted bond and was released from the Hancock County Jail.
