A traffic stop in Hancock County Monday afternoon results in the arrest of three Iowa residents.

According to the Hancock County Sheriff’s Department, a deputy stopped a pickup truck in Warsaw just before 2 p.m. Monday.

A search of the truck uncovered methamphetamine, controlled substances and drug paraphernalia.

As a result, 37 year old Adam Sparrow of Keokuk, 33 year old Brooke Greer and 52 year old Belinda Greer, both of Farmington, Iowa were taken into custody.

All three are charged with possession of meth with intent to distribute. Brooke Greer was also charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Sparrow had outstanding warrants from Hancock County, Illinois and Henry County, Iowa and Brooke Greer had an outstanding warrant from McDonough County.

All three are in the Hancock County Jail awaiting their first court appearance.
