Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest For Failing to Register as a Sex Offender
A Hannibal man in custody on a 24-hour hold for driving while revoked and speeding is now charged with failing to register as a sex offender.
Marion County Prosecuting Attorney David Clayton says Glen Ledbetter of Hannibal had been off the grid for some time. Clayton says Ledbetter established residence in Marion County late last September and did not register following a previous conviction for sexual abuse in the second degree.
