
Calhoun County Woman Arrested on Pike County Drug Charges
A Pike County traffic stop results in the arrest of a Calhoun County woman late last week.
According to Pike County, Illinois Sheriff David Greenwood, deputies made a traffic stop on Highway 96 south of Pleasant Hill just before 7:30 p.m. Friday.
An investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver, 38 year old Amanda Moore of Michael, Illinois for unlawful possession of methamphetamine, DUI drugs, unlawful possession of adult use cannabis in a motor vehicle and failure to wear a seat belt.
Moore is lodged in the Pike County Jail.
