Quincy Police Arrest Isiah Thomas in Connection With Shooting

The Quincy Police Department has announced the arrest of 21-year-old Isiah Thomas in connection with shooting at 15th and Van Buren. 

According to police, officers were called to the area at approximately 11:22 p.m. on May 31 and found a 34 year-old white male suffering from a single gunshot wound. The victim was treated for non life-threatening injuries at Blessing Hospital.

Thomas was arrested June 4 for Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm, Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, and an unrelated Illinois Department of Corrections warrant. He was taken to the Adams County Jail pending a court appearance.
