Quincy Man Arrested Following Shots Fired Report

A Quincy man faces reckless discharge of a firearm and aggravated assault charges following an incident Sunday night.
Quincy Police say they met around 11 p-m Sunday night with several people in the 800 block of Payson about a weapons offense at 1421 Adams. As officers were speaking with the complaintants … two shots were heard in the 14^th and Adams area. Police say 37 year old Jesse Wells was taken into custody following an investigation. Police say no injuries are reported.
