Judge Change Granted in Ralls County Assault Case

A motion for a change of judge is granted in the trial of former Center Missouri City Clerk Tracey Ray.
Arraignment was scheduled in the case Tuesday on charges of assault in the first degree and armed criminal action following an incident near Spencer Creek where Ralls County Sheriff Gerry Dinwiddie and a deputy were injured in an altercation on July 2^nd of 2019.
