A plea deal is reached for a Quincy woman charged following an October fire that resulted in the deaths of her two children.
Adams County State's Attorney Gary Farha says Marilyn Kramer has agreed to plead guilty to one count of endangering the life of a child. Kramer will be sentenced to five years in prison with a boot camp recommendation. Two counts of involuntary manslaughter and one count of endangering the life of a child will be dropped. Also charged in the children's deaths is William Brewer. His jury trial on charges of endangering the life of a child and involuntary manslaughter is scheduled for June. A status hearing in that case is set for Wednesday.
