A Hannibal man pleads guilty to involuntary manslaughter following an incident last spring.
Damien Fugate entered the guilty plea in the death of Gregory Stanley following an altercation at 2900 James Road in March. Stanley sustained serious injuries leading to his death. Fugate faces five years of supervised probation with a suspended ten year sentence in the department of corrections. Fugate’s arrest followed fight involving a male subject and restaurant employees.
