An investigation into methamphetamine distribution results in three arrests in Hannibal.
Members of the Hannibal Police Department Anti Crime Enforcement Squad used a search warrant in the 1500 block of 30th street Monday. Meth and drug paraphernalia were located. Police arrested 36 year old Jeremiah Preston for distribution or delivery of a controlled substance. Bond is set at 50-thousand dollars. Preston was also arrested for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child. Those charges are referred to the state prosecutor for review. 33 year old Jessica Vahle was also arrested for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child. Those charges are referred to the state prosecutor for review. 28 year old Amanda Bowen of Hannibal was arrested for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and released on a municipal summons.
