One Arrest So Far Following Home Invasion Report

Quincy Police say there is one arrest following a home invasion late Monday afternoon at 305 Cedar in Quincy.

The investigation led to the arrest of Roy Garrett Parker on home invasion charges. Police say three black males wearing shirts over their faces and described as being between 20 and 25 years old entered the house armed with firearms and robbed the residents. One man received injuries as the result of an altercation with two of the subjects. He refused treatment. A female and a small child in the residence were not injured.

An undisclosed amount of currency and other items were taken. Police say the suspects fled on foot and were driven from the area by a white female in a car parked about a block from the scene. Police say the victims were specifically targeted.  The investigation continues.
