High School Equivalency Classes, Testing Available [Interview]
For adults who, for whatever reason, did not complete high school, help is available to prepare for and take the high school equivalency test.
With the help of the Hannibal School District and the Hannibal Career and Technical Center, free classes are available for those wanting to take the battery of tests, known as HISET, that the state of Missouri requires to get the equivalent of a high school diploma.
To apply for the classes, talk to Helen at the Career and Technical Center. She will walk you through the process.
The HISET tests are administered every other month at the Missouri Career Center. The next testing will be April 11-12 and again June 13-14.
