Fatal ATV Accident North of Loraine

A Loraine area man is dead following an ATV accident on farmland in southern Hancock County.

Sheriff Scott Bentzinger says deputies were called to a pasture shortly after noon Wednesday. Adams County Sheriff’s deputies and EMS and Lorraine Fire Department personnel were also on scene. 64 year old Duane Tobias was found dead at the scene on his farm property. Investigation into the cause of death continues.
