Disciplinary Action Proposed for Mark Twain Casino at LaGrange
Missouri Gaming Commission members propose disciplinary action against Mark Twain Casino at LaGrange and Bally Technologies Incorporated.
Commissioners say slot machine points were not properly credited to patrons accounts during a promotion last summer. Commissioners this week approved two separate preliminary orders for disciplinary action and recommended that the LaGrange casino be fined 25-hundred dollars and Las Vegas based Bally Technologies be fined five thousand dollars.
Commissioners say a complaint from a patron to a casino employee led to the investigation. The companies have 30 days to appeal.
