Curtis Lovelace Retrial Delayed to February

The retrial of former Adams County Assistant State’s Attorney Curtis Lovelace has been delayed again.

Judge Bob Hardwick filed an order Monday moving the start date of the retrial from January 23rd to February 27th in Sangamon County.

Lovelace is accused of killing his first wife, Cory Lovelace, in 2006.

His first trial in Quincy ended in a hung jury.
