Curtis Lovelace has asked for copies of the transcripts of his first degree murder trial.

In a hand-written letter to the Adams County Circuit Clerk, Lovelace requested a copy of the trial transcripts of his trial that ran from January 25th to February 5th. Lovelace acknowledged that he was unable to pay for the copies since he had no income and no money.

Lovelace is accused of murdering his first wife, Cory, on Valentine’s Day of 2006. His first trial resulted in a hung jury. He is scheduled to be retried May 31st.

A CBS 48 Hours episode about the case is scheduled to air on KHQA-TV Channel 7 Saturday night at 9.
