Weekend ATV Crash South of Quincy Injures Three

A UTV crash at 11:39 Saturday night south of Quincy injures three.
Adams County Sheriff’s deputies say a UTV side by side driven by 23 year old Carson Moran of Quincy went out of control on Illinois 96 near Morgan Hill Road.. into a deep ditch and overturned. Moran sustained minor injuries. Two passengers—21 year old Bryslin Powell and 20 year old Kyllie Clark of Quincy sustained serious injuries. Both were taken to Blessing Hospital for treatment. Moran was arrested for improper operation of an ATV and on suspicion of drunk driving.
