Update on Dumas Creek Low Water Crossing Drowning
Missouri Highway Patrol officials say a Revere man apparently drowned when he exited his pickup truck in high water over the weekend.
The incident report says 68-year-old James Teeters was trying to drive across Dumas Creek at a low water crossing when his pickup was swept away by the current.
The patrol estimates that the incident occurred between June 7 and June 8. Teeters body was found about a half mile from his truck.
