Two students reported injuries following a crash involving a Camp Point Central school bus at 7:38 this (TH) morning.
Adams County Sheriff’s deputies say the bus carrying 36 students went off US 24 west of E-2700th and into a field after being struck by a car attempting to pass. One student refused treatment. The other student was taken to Blessing Hospital as a precautionary measure.  Deputies say the driver of the car—29 year old Alan Weber of Clayton escaped injury. Weber was ticketed for improper passing. His car sustained extensive damage. The bus was driven from the scene.
