Two Mexico, Missouri men have been held over on charges related to a shooting incident in Hannibal last November.

In a preliminary hearing in Marion County Associate Court Monday, Judge John Jackson found probable cause to hold Tion Dorsey and Myron Mahaney over on charges of first degree assault and armed criminal action.

Dorsey and Mahaney were among four occupants involved in a shooting while in a vehicle in the 2500 block of Broadway the evening of November 29th.

Dorsey allegedly told detectives that he was an occupant in the vehicle and that Mahaney shot the victim.

Dorsey will appear for arraignment on March 2nd. Mahaney’s arraignment is set for March 5th.
