Center Man Arrested by HPD on Assault Charges

A Center man is arrested by Hannibal Police on assault charges.

HPD responded to a report of a physical altercation in the 4000 block of Market Street at 12:38 p.m. Friday.

Officers observed 28 year old Bucky Gollaher assaulting another male.

Gollaher was taken into custody without incident.

He was charged Saturday with first degree assault.

Gollaher is in the Marion County Jail on $25,000 bond.

The assault victim refused medical treatment at the scene.
