A search Saturday at a residence in the 300 block of North Arch in Hannibal results in two arrests.
Hannibal Police say use of a narcotics search warrant led to the discovery of items consistent with methamphetamine use and an illegally possessed .22 caliber rifle. Police say 63 year old Raymond Morton of Hannibal was arrested for unlawful possession of a weapon, receiving stolen property, possession of meth and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. 51 year old Jacqueline Reay was arrested for possession of meth… unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and unlawful transfer of a weapon. Morton was taken to the Marion County Jail pending formal charges. Reay was released pending a review by the Marion County Prosecutor’s office.
