Two Pike County, Illinois men are arrested as the result of a fugitive sting by sheriff’s deputies early Tuesday morning.

According to Pike County Sheriff Paul Petty, numerous calls to Pike County Crime Stoppers since August resulted in the execution of a search warrant at a home in Baylis. As a result, Dusty Embree of Griggsville was taken into custody without incident on an outstanding warrant.

A second search warrant was executed at a residence in Barry, and William Brandon Stolte of Pittsfield was arrested on an outstanding Pike County warrant, as well as on an Adams County warrant.

That search also resulted in the seizure of drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine.
