Trial Date Set in Marion County for Timothy Brokes

An April 10th trial date is set for Timothy Brokes.
He’s accused of first degree murder in the death last January of Brittany Gauch and first degree assault and armed criminal action against Aaron Gauch. Brokes is also accused of shooting Monroe City Police officer Travis Pugh. Marion County Prosecutor David Clayton expects the trial in Marion County to last through April 14. Brokes is held in the Marion County Jail.
