The preliminary hearing for a Hannibal man accused of murder has been delayed for two weeks.

In Marion County Circuit Court Friday, 34 year old Bradley Tierney waived arraignment and the formal reading of charges. Then, Judge David Mobley granted a prosecution motion to delay the next hearing until November 13th.

Tierney is charged with second degree murder and armed criminal action in connection with the shooting death of 35 year old Ronald Goodrich of Hannibal.

Tierney is alleged to have shot Goodrich to death October 15th in the parking lot of Prime Time Auto Sales. The two men had allegedly argued the previous day.

Tierney is in the Marion County Jail on $1-million dollars bond.
