SUV Crash Near Hannibal Injures Three

An SUV crash on Amen Corner Drive four miles west of Hannibal in Ralls County at 11:30 Wednesday night injures the driver and two passengers.

The Missouri Highway Patrol says an SUV driven by 19-year-old Emily Battles of Hannibal went off the road and into a creek bed. Troopers say Battles was taken to Hannibal Regional Hospital with serious injuries. A passenger, 16-year-old Brenda Watkins, was airlifted to University Hospital in Columbia with serious injuries. A third passenger, 18-year-old Chantyra Wilson sustained moderate injuries.

The crash report says that none of the three occupants were wearing seat belts.
