An investigation by authorities in Shelby County results in an arrest Saturday on bad check charges.

A joint investigation by Shelbina and Monroe City Police and Shelby County Sheriff’s deputies results in the arrest of Daniel Hadsall about 10 a.m. Saturday.

Hadsall is alleged to have written bad checks totaling over $1,700 at Hines Performance Parts and Orschlen’s Farm and Home in Shelbina.

Hadsall is charged with forgery and passing bad checks.
He is in the Shelby County Jail pending the issuance of warrants.
