Shelbina Sexual Assault Arrest

A sexual assault investigation in Shelbina leads to one arrest.
As the result of the investigation… Joshua Dodd of Shelbina was arrested for sodomy in the second degree and kidnapping following an incident reported to police on October 9th. Dodd was taken to the Shelby County Jail on a 24 hour hold. Dodd is currently held on 20-thousand dollars cash only bond.
