Hannibal Man Arrested For Heroin Delivery and Other Charges

An ongoing narcotics investigation by the Hannibal Police Department’s Anti Crime Enforcement Squad results in an arrest.
Hannibal Police say 35 year old Kellen Allison was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for delivery of a controlled substance involving heroin. Police say Allison was also wanted on charges stemming from another incident involving police. Allison faces charges from that incident of possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence and resisting/interfering with arrest. Allison is held in the Marion County Jail on 100-thousand dollars cash only bond.
