HPD’s Special Response Team executed the warrant in the 200 block of Willow Street as the result of an investigation by the Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad into the distribution of methamphetamine.

The search resulted in the discovery of meth and evidence to support the sale of narcotics.

Arrested for possession of a controlled substance were 30 year old Christopher Davis, 48 year old Shawn Gibbons and 27 year old Rachel Coslow, all of Hannibal, along with 54 year old David Whitley of New London and 19 year old Adrianna Swank of Center.

Davis was also charged with distribution of a controlled substance. Davis, Coslow and Swank were also charged with unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Davis was put on a 24-hour hold in the Marion County Jail. The others were released pending review by the Marion County Prosecuting Attorney.
