Registered Sex Offenders Being Watched

Authorities are keeping a close eye on registered sex offenders during Halloween.

Adams County Sheriff’s deputies conducted a sex offender compliance check Thursday. Sex offenders in Missouri and Illinois are required to stay inside and are not allowed to hand out candy or toys to trick or treaters. Marion County Sheriff’s deputies are also keeping a close eye on registered sex offenders around Halloween.
