Quincy School Board members delay a vote on approving a tentative labor agreement with teachers and staff.

Superintendent Roy Webb says both sides have been given time to review the contract and that there are no questions about finances or contract language. Webb wants to make it clear that this is a matter of taking time to review the deal and that there are no issues or concerns. A special meeting will be called to approve the agreement.
