The Quincy Public Schools continue to deal with active COVID-19 cases in the district.

Superintendent Roy Webb reported seven new cases of coronavirus in the Quincy schools Wednesday, bringing the number of active cases in the district to 22.

Webb again asked for parents and students help in prevent the spread of the virus. If you or someone in your family has symptoms, you are asked to stay home. If you are awaiting results of a COVID test in your family, again, you should stay home.

Webb also asks that you avoid large events and large indoor gatherings, observe social distancing, wash your hands often and wear a mask.
