Pursuit Ends With Crash Near Monroe City

An attempt to elude police results in a one car crash at 7:11 Tuesday evening near Monroe City.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a car driven by 20 year old Makynzie Campbell of Quincy was fleeing west on US 24 when it attempted to exit at Route Z. Troopers say the car went off the road and became airborne before coming to rest. Troopers say Campbell and a passenger—21 year old Megan Winner of Quincy were taken by air evac to Blessing Hospital in Quincy with moderate injuries. Another passenger—24 year old Darius Lilly of Quincy was taken by ambulance to Blessing with moderate injuries.
