Pennsylvania Man Hurt in Pike County IL Crash

A Pennsylvania man is hurt in a two vehicle crash on Interstate 72 in Pike County at 5:51 p.m. Monday.

The Illinois State Police report 59 year old Raymond Lubinski of Charlevoix, Michigan was eastbound on 72 near Pittsfield when he failed to reduce speed and rear ended an eastbound SUV, driven by 70 year old Richard Longley of Nazareth, Pennsylvania.

Longley was taken to Illini Hospital in Pittsfield for treatment. Lubinski was ticketed for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
