MODOT to Cover Traffic Signals at 3rd and Center in Hannibal

MODOT will be covering the traffic signals at 3^rd and Center in Hannibal.
After a traffic study showed a change in traffic volume… the signals were changed to flash a few weeks ago. MODOT says the flashing signals are confusing some drivers so the signals will be covered and stop signs for traffic on Center will be relied upon for traffic control. Traffic lights at 3^rd and Center had been in use since the 1940s.
