Missouri Police Bodycam Video Shows Nelly’s Arrest in a Casino

Nelly has given his version of what happened a week and a half ago and now you can see it from the police perspective. Newly released bodycam video from Maryland Heights, Missouri Police show the moment when Nelly was arrested after a big win in a casino.

KMBC 9 out of Kansas City shared this video which was apparently shared with them by the Maryland Heights, Missouri Police Department. It's short and a rather uneventful video.

According to USA Today, Nelly was charged with possession of a controlled substance when police say he allegedly had 4 ecstasy pills in his possession. The story says that Nelly's attorney claims he was targeted by the casino after a big win. They allege he was "targeted by an overzealous, out of line officer".
