As they mention, the crime rate in this part of Kansas City is more than double that of the national average.

East Community Team North

Crime rate of 209% more than the rest of Kansas City? I'll take a hard pass on this part of the city.

Central Blue Valley

You want a crime rate that's 225% above the national average? Then this part of Kansas City is for you.

I have never had a bad experience in Kansas City other than dealing with the spaghetti network of interstates you need to traverse to get to a Chiefs game (which is truly a nightmare). However, if you spend enough time in any of these Kansas City neighborhoods, you're asking for trouble.
