Martineau Home Invasion Case Delayed Until August

The home invasion trial of a Liberty man has been continued until August.

52 year old John Martineau was to have gone to trial Monday on charges of home invasion with a dangerous weapon and home invasion with a firearm.

Martineau was arrested last April 18th after Adams County deputies responded to a disturbance at a residence in Liberty.

Martineau is in the Adams County Jail on $250,000 bond.
