A Quincy murder trial is rescheduled again.

The first degree murder trial of Curtis Lovelace is now scheduled for late January 2016. A pretrial hearing is set for December 22nd. Lovelace’s attorney Jeff Page told the judge they’ve made progress in hiring an expert witness for the trial and that the expert would not be ready by November 30. Lovelace is accused of suffocating his wife Cory on February 14, 2006. Lovelace entered a not guilty plea.
