Louisiana Fired City Administrator Hearing Wednesday

The hearing for fired Louisiana City Administrator Bob Jenne is Wednesday (Feb. 11).

It takes place at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, but will be closed to the public because it involves a personnel issue.

Jenne was dismissed in a 6 to 2 vote by the City Council on January 22nd. The action was taken after a disagreement over whether city officials were adequately informed about funding for a water plant project.

The hearing was originally scheduled for January 29th, but was moved at Jenne’s request.

Jenne has already said he would consider a wrongful termination lawsuit if the decision is upheld.
