UPDATE: Having several respond on our Facebook page that the Dollar General in Canton is now open again which is good news.

ORIGINAL STORY: There are no details as of yet why the Canton, Missouri Dollar General is not open today. I stopped by the store and could not locate any employees to ask and the website just points you to a generic store locater page.

This is the sign posted on the door that apologizes to customers and mentions the store locater page.

The good news is that the Canton, Missouri store is still present with current hours on the Dollar General website, so let's hope that this is indeed temporary and not a long term issue.
